Kent  has developed dozens of real estate projects over 31 years and provides guidance to the development and management teams.



Starting at OCI in 2005,  Colleen has been responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction with Oliver Companies. With 15 years in Hospitality Finance, Colleen's dedication has lead us through nearly every venture and is responsible for building the accounting team. She now focuses on acquisition financing, investor relations, and asset management. She has a degree in Accounting from the College of St. Scholastica. 


President, Kaizen Construction

Oversees all projects from new ground up construction to franchise required property improvements. He manages budgets and timelines to maximize efficiencies and minimize operational down time.


Director of Compliance

Karen is Director of Due Diligence for Oliver Companies, Inc.  She is responsible for banking and owner contracts, also providing info and analysis to ownership. Karen has been in the accounting field for 20 years.  Her previous position with OCI was as a staff accountant.  In her career, she has studied and worked as a Computer programmer for an insurance company, loan collections and banking and held a real estate license.  She co-owned and managed the accounting department of her own successful art distribution company. 



Founder of OCI, Seth is 2nd generation in construction and property management. He spent his life working in and learning from his family's business. He's now focused on acquiring and developing income producing properties. He has a bachelors degree in Business Management from te College of St. Scholastica. Responsible for leading the management and development teams and is the primary liaison for investor relations. 


Chief Operating Officer

Joining OCI in 2018, Linda brings high energy and
extensive experience with more than 20 years in hospitality and countless awards. Holding positions from Guest Services to Director of Operations, she is instrumental in
everything from ensuring good training on property to goal setting initiatives for leadership. She holds a Major in Marketing and Minor in Finance from Iowa State


Vice President, Housing & Director of IT

With over a quarter-century of experience in the real estate industry, Tom is responsible for the planning, procurement, implementation and support of the technology initiatives across the entire portfolio.  He also assists in the management of the multifamily real estate portfolio.   Tom holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Business Management from North Dakota State University. 



Mike brings skills and experience from many years as a CPA and more recently as a Director in the finance department of a large retail company. He adds tremendous value building out data analysis systems and provides strong leadership to the accounting team. He holds an MBA from the University of South Dakota and and a Bachelor in Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth.


Director of Design & Procurement

Lori creates plans and specifications, and ensures that a project is finished in accordance with the timeline and budget.
